Are you looking for information and answers regarding your stay at the Mariasteinerhof? We have put together a list with frequently required information for you below.

Banks and ATMs

You can quickly and easily withdraw cash at the Raiffeisenbank ATM in Angerberg, approx. 6 minutes or 4 km away from the Mariasteinerhof.

Payment

To save you a long time waiting, especially at the weekends, please pay your hotel bill the evening before you leave, if possible. We prefer payment in cash. We do of course also accept the EC debit card, VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

Check-in

... is possible from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival

Check-out

Please check out by 10.00 a.m. on your day of departure.

A service fee will be charged for early check-in or late check-out.

Guest card

You can enjoy lots of sights around your holiday resort of Mariastein at a preferential price with the guest card. You receive the guest card from reception for the duration of your stay.

Practical guest items

Have you left something at home? You can get combs, dental care sets, soap, disposable razors, shaving foam and sewing kit from reception.

Pets

We hope you understand but pets are not welcome at the Mariasteinerhof.

Children up to the age of 6 stay free of charge in a double room with 2 full-paying adults!
6-15 years old: 50% discount

Packed lunch

We will be happy to put a packed lunch together for you for the day, at your request. Please do not take any food from the breakfast buffet.

Parking

Parking spaces belonging to the hotel are available both next to and behind the hotel. You can also find more hotel parking spaces 50 metres above the hotel.

Something can crop up at any time for anyone. Information regarding travel cancellation insurance.

 Wake-up call

We will be happy to shake you out of your feathers with our wake-up call! Please let our reception know what time you would like to be woken up.

Wellness items

Every guest will find fluffy bathrobes, a sauna towel and slippers provided for relaxing wellness in their room. Please hand the spa baskets into reception the evening before you leave. You are welcome to take the sauna slippers home with you.

Washing

There is currently no possibility to clean your laundry in a washing machine in the house. However, you can drive to the nearest launderette, which is 15 minutes away in Wörgl, and clean your laundry there.

Withdrawal from the accommodation contract - cancellation fee

Withdrawal by the accommodation provider

5.1 If the Accommodation Agreement provides for a down payment and the down payment has not been made by the Party in due time, the Proprietor may rescind the Accommodation Agreement without granting a grace period.
5.2 If the Guest fails to appear by 6 p.m. on the agreed date of arrival, the Proprietor shall not be obliged to provide accommodation unless a later time of arrival has been agreed
5.3 If the Contractual Partner has paid a deposit (see 3.3), the rooms shall remain reserved until 12.00 noon on the day following the agreed arrival date at the latest. In the case of advance payments of more than four days, the obligation to provide accommodation shall end at 6 p.m. on the fourth day, whereby the day of arrival shall be counted as the first day, unless the guest announces a later day of arrival.
5.4 Unless otherwise agreed, the Proprietor may terminate the Accommodation Agreement for objectively justified reasons by means of a unilateral declaration no later than 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Party.

Withdrawal by the contractual partner - cancellation fee

5.5 The Accommodation Agreement may be terminated by the Party by means of a unilateral declaration by no later than 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without payment of a cancellation fee
5.6 Outside the period specified in § 5.5, withdrawal by unilateral declaration by the Party shall only be possible subject to payment of the following cancellation fees:

  • up to 1 month before the date of arrival 40% of the total package price;
  • up to 1 week before the date of arrival 70% of the total package price;
  • in the last week before the date of arrival 90% of the total package price.

Up to 3 months - no cancellation fees
3 months to 1 month - 40%
1 month to 1 week - 70%
In the last week - 90%
